Më datat 3–4 dhjetor 2025, në Dobele, Letoni, u zhvillua takimi i dytë ndërrajonal i projektit RuralProof, në kuadër të programit Interreg Europe, me pjesëmarrjen e të gjithë partnerëve europianë të projektit.
Takimi u përqendrua kryesisht në ecurinë e aktiviteteve tematike dhe në diskutimin e hapave të ardhshëm të zbatimit të projektit. Një nga aktivitetet kryesore në këtë fazë të projektit është Analiza e Situatës Aktuale (Status Quo Analysis), e cila synon të ofrojë një pasqyrë të politikave ekzistuese dhe sfidave që lidhen me zhvillimin e zonave rurale në vendet partnere.
Gjatë takimit, secili partner prezantoi shkurtimisht gjendjen e përparimit të analizës së situatës në nivel kombëtar, duke ndarë gjetjet paraprake, elementet më domethënëse të identifikuara si dhe sfidat e hasura gjatë procesit. Diskutimet shërbyen për të shkëmbyer përvoja, për të identifikuar nevoja për mbështetje teknike dhe për të siguruar një qasje të harmonizuar ndërmjet partnerëve.
Instituti Shqiptar për Çështjet Publike (AIPA) mori pjesë aktive në takim, duke kontribuar në diskutimet mbi analizën e situatës në Shqipëri dhe duke u angazhuar në përgatitjen e fazës së ardhshme të projektit, e cila do të fokusohet në hartimin e studimeve të rasteve (Case Studies).
Takimi në Letoni përfaqësoi një hap të rëndësishëm drejt konsolidimit të bashkëpunimit ndërrajonal dhe avancimit të objektivave të projektit RuralProof, me synimin për të përmirësuar politikat publike dhe mekanizmat e vlerësimit të ndikimit në zonat rurale përmes shkëmbimit të praktikave të mira në nivel europian.
Second Interregional Meeting of the “RuralProof” Project – Interreg Europe, Latvia
On 3–4 December 2025, in Dobele Municipality, Latvia, the second interregional meeting of the RuralProof project took place, under the Interreg Europe programme, with the participation of all European project partners.
The meeting focused primarily on the progress of thematic activities and the discussion of the next steps in project implementation. One of the key activities at this stage of the project is the Status Quo Analysis, which aims to provide an overview of existing policies and challenges related to rural development in the partner countries.
During the meeting, each partner briefly presented the current state of progress of the Status Quo Analysis at national level, sharing preliminary findings, key identified elements, and challenges encountered during the process. The discussions facilitated the exchange of experiences, the identification of needs for technical support, and the alignment of approaches among partners.
The Albanian Institute of Public Affairs (AIPA) actively participated in the meeting, contributing to discussions on the status of the analysis in Albania and engaging in preparations for the next phase of the project, which will focus on the development of Case Studies.
The meeting in Latvia represented an important step towards strengthening interregional cooperation and advancing the objectives of the RuralProof project, with the aim of improving public policies and impact assessment mechanisms in rural areas through the exchange of good practices at the European level.
